Scope and Formation of Contract
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of livingease.ch and all services provided through it (the "Service") by Luca Ardeleanu ("LivingEase", "we", "us").
By purchasing a service or uploading a document for analysis, you ("User") accept these Terms. These Terms constitute a contract governed by Swiss law, in particular the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
The contract for each transaction is formed at the moment payment is confirmed by our payment processor and the analysis process begins. Each transaction is a separate, independent contract.

All analysis is performed entirely by automated AI processing via the Anthropic API. No human reviews your document or the output before delivery.
Payment
Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are final. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). LivingEase does not store your payment card details.
Your payment obligation arises when you confirm your order. The service is delivered upon successful payment confirmation.
Refunds: If the Service fails to generate any analysis output due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund. No refund is due where an analysis report has been successfully generated and delivered. To request a refund, contact customer@livingease.ch within 14 days.
EU and EEA users: You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. By expressly requesting immediate delivery of the digital service during checkout, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully performed. We collect your explicit consent at checkout before processing begins. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Intellectual Property and Data Use
You retain full ownership of all documents you upload ("User Content").
By uploading User Content, you grant LivingEase a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to transmit your User Content to the Anthropic API solely to generate the analysis you purchased. This licence terminates when your data is deleted or on your request.
The LivingEase platform, website, software, and branding are owned by the operator. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.
Warranties and Liability
LivingEase warrants that the Service will function as described: upon successful upload of a compatible document and confirmed payment, an analysis report will be generated and delivered. Where this is not met due to our fault, your remedy is a full refund under Section 3.
LivingEase excludes liability for light negligence (leichtes Verschulden) to the extent permitted by Swiss law. Where such exclusion is not permitted, liability for light negligence is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
LivingEase is not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated output, or for loss resulting from reliance on output without independent professional verification.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents containing illegal or fraudulent content
- Attempt to access paid features without completing payment
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its output
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload documents you have no right to share for processing
Data Protection
LivingEase processes your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG). Full details are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Amendments
LivingEase may update these Terms by giving you at least 30 days' prior written notice by email or prominent in-service notification describing the specific changes.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service. Any amounts paid for transactions not yet delivered will be refunded.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force and the invalid provision is replaced by the closest valid provision reflecting the original intent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection venue provisions.
